“Nice staff good & clean”

“Overall, my stay was average. The welcome was courteous but lacked the warmth and personalized service expected from a good hotel like Novotel. The food quality at the breakfast was disappointing and needs improvement. The property also lacks key amenities such as a swimming pool and spa, while the beds felt smaller than expected for a king-size category. A satisfactory stay overall, but there is certainly room for improvement in service, dining, comfort, and facilities.”

“We had to request a room change - as the earlier allocated was dirty. New room required clean bedsheets and sofa in room had a stain. Overall experience was okay staff were helpful but hotel..”

“An excellent hotel with good, quiet rooms, helpful staff, and good breakfast. Enjoyed the pool and fitness center also. Only minor complaint: at breakfast they couldn't make espresso or cappuccino because their machine was broken.”
