“Una buena opción ”

“First of all my bad experience started with Expedia I checked on single occupancy however we were two When I arrived to the hotel they asked for extra 20 jod because we were two When I checked online it was the same rate I contacted the help line with Expedia they were not helpful And I am sure it’s unfair I should have been refunded for the extra money The room was horrible smelly and not clean at all the towels were old The amenities are not there The whole room smells old and rotten...

“Excelente habitación, personal muy amable ”

“The room can be cleaned better. There are stains on the walls. The door of the shower doesn't close properly so water leaks out. The reception people were very helpful. However, the person at the entrance of the hotel was mean and didn't even offer to help me with my bag. Breakfast is okay but it's missing so many stuff.”

“Todo genial, excepto un día el desayuno que tenían un "menú" obligatorio y no había más opciones. Entiendo que siendo Ramadán es complicado, pero siendo un hotel con cliente internacional no debería haber restricciones, y más cuando en mi caso iba por temas de trabajo.”

“El servicio fue lo mas destacable aunque nada excepcional. ”

“Muy buena porque nos confundimos de fecha y nos ayudaron a cambiarla en la app”

“I was really surprised with how the hotel was so clean, staff very polite and professional and the breakfast was so delicious. Location is in the center and easy to get around. The price per day was really worth it, will stay again at end of November this year.”

“I enjoyed my stay at the Ambassador Hotel. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, one thing was a bit disturbing: the loud music from the evening parties. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult for me to sleep. I hope the hotel can take steps to manage the noise levels, especially during late hours, so that guests can enjoy a more peaceful and comfortable stay..”
