“Hotel de 4 estrellas pero que no esté ni de lejos a ese nivel. Estética totalmente anticuada ni servicios propios ni personal adecuado para un 4 estrellas. Llegamos un día en que la temperatura era de 37 grados: el hotel no cuenta con aire acondicionado ni tan solo un simple ventilador en las habitaciones. ”

“I’ve stayed at this hotel for over two weeks. Room had a beautiful Danube River view, the breakfast was excellent. The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful. If I come back to that area I’ll stay at the same beautiful place. Thank you Adrian”

“Reibungsloser Check-in, sehr geräumiges, modernes und sauberes Zimmer. Im Sommer ist die Klimaanlage natürlich optimal. Frühstück war reichhaltig mit großer Auswahl. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, sogar in der Tiefgarage. Wir waren mit unserem kurzen Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.”

“Good things: most things are very clean, employees are polite. Negative things: As a gold member I have not received a room upgrade even though Expedia sent me a confirmation mail. I have also asked politely in the front desk but they said “I cannot do such things manually”. After double checking Expedia, I saw availability but was not given it. Furthermore I have not received a free bottle of wine as promised due to my status. The blanket had moldy black spots. The WiFi is not 5G nor 4G or...
