“The hotel has a lot of potential. It’s well located in the city center, within walking distance of major cable car stations, with modern and cozy interior design and nice breakfast. However, for a 4-star hotel, we expected a much smoother and more reliable experience. “VAYA Nauders einfach genial. Der Aufpreis zur Halb-Pension lohnt sich. Vorspeise, Buffett, eine von 3 Hauptspeisen und eine Nachspeise sind das Geld wert! Personal super freundlich! Gegenüber sind zwei Kneipen, um Abends noch auf die Piste zu gehen. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder, um auf den 3-Länder-Enduro-Trails Biken zu gehen. ”

“We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool”

“Fantastiskt fjällhotell med bekvämligheter utöver det normala. Väl städat hotell - vi bodde i den äldre Cristal-delen. Frukost och middag serverades på buffé med riklighet och fräschör. Fantastiskt personal i restaurangen, inga bekymmer med språk, här pratas i första hand Italienska, men även tyska och engelska.”

“The hotel was really beautiful, new and designed in a modern and cool way. the room was spacious, comfortable and the kitchenette was accessorized with everything we needed for cooking. The hotel spa was also very great, we enjoyed it. The reception clerks were really nice, helpful and patient with our many questions, especially Amelie.”

“Vaya Pfunds is situated in a beautiful small Austrian Village perfect for walking and cycling etc and as a hub for wider valley activities. The rooms are spacious, the food choices very good and the transport links are also very good with the bus stop right outside. The Tourism office is also just over the road. The hotel does have WiFi but speeds aren't great. This was my second visit and I'd chose this hotel again. ”

“Sehr schönes Hotel zum Skifahren. Direkt vor der Tür befindet sich eine Skibus Haltestelle, sowie EInkaufsmöglichkeiten, Skiverleih und Skikeller ist direkt im Haus. Das Fine Dining Abendessen war der Hammer und nach dem Motto bestellen bis man Satt ist. Die Auswahl war weitreichend und für jeden was dabei. Die Frühstücksauswahl war auch großarting. Im Hof befinden sich teilweise überdachte Parkplätze. Das Zimmer war bequem und geräumig. Leider empfanden wir die Pools ein kleines bisschen...

“Super flot hotel i Prutz, med meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Flotte værelser med fin altan med flot udsigt til bjergene. Fin restaurant på hotellet med virkelig god morgenmadsbuffet. Vi fik rigtig god hjælp til aktiviteter i området og vi kunne bestille madpakker på hotellet som vi tog med på vandreturerne. Hotellet har en lækker pool og rigtig fint wellnessområde. Rigtig fine opholdssteder til både spil, hygge og afslapning. ”
