“Except for one person, the staff is unable to communicate in English. Room was huge, but the furniture was pretty old and worn out (especially that horrible carpet). Spa was not worth it either. Small variety for breakfast, but I appreciated having those Bulgarian pastries. Overall, the hotel was comfortable but it completely lacked the "luxury" feeling advertised.”

“Amazing clean and tidy. We stayed on the top floor so there is 5 flights of stairs. We stayed for 4 days all I would suggest is that they should give extra toiletries and towels after 2 days at the least as they do charge a cleaning fee. But it’s beautiful great location and extremely clean ”

“Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly.”

“The exterior appearance of the building is normal and does not make one expect the good taste of the interior decoration and good qualities in general. Besides this the staff at the reception is very attentive. I think it was the fastest and most attentive reception I've had in many years. Unfortunately, this is not the case in the restaurant, which appears to be a partner business that does not belong to the hotel. The quality of customer service is another.
