“This was an amazing hotel ! Could not find fault with it. Beautifully decorated, well cared for, spotless property, with a great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location for the Abba Arena and tube connections into central London. Go for one of the top floor rooms with terrace. Cannot recommend this boutique hotel highly enough. Unassuming from the outside but exceeds expectations on the inside.”

“I did not actually get to stay at this property, the property owner would not send access detail for the property despites numerous phone calls chasing him. He then cancelled the booking at 9pm the night before I was travelling claiming he was undergoing plumbing work at the apartment. Utterly awful experience.”

“Laundry “facilities” as advertised is only a washer, no dryer. This means you will have to hang your clothes and towels to dry on the balcony. Also, you are only provided one set of towels per person for stays up to 7 days, which means if you want clean towels you can wash them and then hang them to dry. I realize this is normal in Europe but if you know people from the US especially are renting from you then it should be communicated that there is no dryer and to bring extra clothes so you...
