“朝食ビュッフェを楽しみに2泊しました。エレベーターにシーズンメニュー(10月～12月の北欧メニュー？)がでており、イクラが書いてあったので、朝からイクラなんて！と思っていたら、そのままのメニューで感激でした！ミートボールが美味しかったです！パスタも注文してから作って貰えて美味しかったです！部屋については可もなく不可もなくでしたが、0歳児を連れてだと、浴室が狭くてお風呂が大変でした...これはどこでもかなぁ……”

“Cleaning of the room was very poorly done and very late. One day we came back from our daytrip and was not cleaned yet. Second day we arrived at night and the door of the bed room was left fully opened with a cradle!! Service personnel were very nice and offered a free breakfasr, it was nice and nothing finally happened, all was ok inside the room. Thank god it was Japan!”

“Schöne große Zimmer, toller Ausblick, tolle Ausstattung. Leider keine Waschmaschine auf dem Zimmer und kein Kleiderständer, sonst alles vorhanden. Obwohl es so ein großes modernes Hotel ist, ist die Englische Sprache bei einigen Mitarbeitern doch sehr eingeschränkt. Eine tolle Rooftop Bar auf dem vorhandenen Dach wäre noch klasse. Frühstück war lecker mit ebenfalls tollem Ausblick, aber etwas mehr Abwechslung wäre toll. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder dieses Horel buchen. Tolle...

“The room was very clean, bathroom awesome. The hotel provided toiletries beyond my expectation, bathrobes, pajamas (loved them), pool bathrobes and slippers not to mention refillable drinks in the fridge daily. Having the fridge was important to me especially because I have medications that require refrigeration. Overall, I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and you wouldn't be disappointed.”

“整體而言也很令人滿意，location 不在市中心，而是靠近首里城半山，交通不太方便，要乘計程車出入那霸市，車程大約十分鐘左右.。飯店內有便利商店，基本物資可以不須外出購買。房間維持得不錯，整潔，由於在半山所以也十分寧靜，飯店內設有餐廳，泳池等星級飯店「必備」的也應有盡有，房間也比日本一般飯店大，乎合預期，是沖繩其中一間值得推介的飯店”
