“Hotel Merkur ist ein sehr gutes Stadthotel von Grenoble. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Bad inklusive. Das Frühstück, das zwar nicht ganz billig ist, war vielseitig und vorzüglich. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und Aufenthalt und Frühstück sehr genossen.”

“Terrible manera from the concierge who screamed at us because we forgot our key inside the room and he has to go to reception and get us the master key. He literally screamed and was extremely upset. He shouldn’t be working in hospitality if he cannot handle this type of situations. Innocent mistake that happens to guests frequently. Very disrespectful. He was angry at us and felt the need to show it with yelling and bad manners.”

“We stayed here on a one night stopover when travelling to the alps from Antibes. Wow..! - super stylish and beautifully furnished with really helpful and friendly staff. Retro room but immaculate and comfortable. The restaurant was absolutely superb. We did a month long road trip in France this summer, and the dinner experience was easily our favourite of the trip. We were even invited into the kitchen to meet the fantastic staff..! Simply fantastic. Highly recommended.”
