Są małe drobiazgi do poprawienia jak na przykład dokładność sprzątania, choć hotel oferuje nawet codzienne sprzątanie w pokojach to mam wrażenie że nie używa się odpowiednich środków i są miejsca które mogłyby być wyczyszczone co jakiś czas dokładniej. “このホテルは入口から掃除、受付、全てのスタッフが笑顔でとても気持ちが良い。部屋はもちろん隅々まで綺麗で快適でロビーから部屋まで嫌な匂いが少しもない。また朝食がとても素晴らしく強くおすすめします。私はジョグジャカルタのホテルにいままでも他にいくつか泊まりましたがここは家族でもカップルでも出張でも、ベストなホテルです。 部屋からの景色も綺麗です。 また、向かいに接続するショッピングモールで両替からレストランまで利用できロケーションも便利です！”
