“old building smell bad and small bathroom”

“Lovely hotel scenic view and friendly staff”

“The hotel crew members are very friendly & helpful! Brand new hotel, very cozy & good taste. The breakfast is excellent, the best! Keep up the good work”

“Great stay at this hotel - it really exceeded expectations! The staff is nice and the rooms excellent. Spacious, free water and snacks bedside, slippers and robes, plenty of hot water and an expansive breakfast buffet. The location is ideal - 5 minutes from the giant gold buddha hands, main square, elephants and fountain, and walking street lit by lanterns all of which are fun to explore and offer dining and shopping options. Definitely recommend.”

“The entire staff was extremely helpful. Ensure all our needs were met as we had some challenging itinerary requirements. The dinner we had at the hotel was amazing. I highly recommend having your dinner there. We didn’t get to order some items that needed to be preordered in advanced but that was fine as there was plenty to choose.”

“Not a great location. The hotel is located quite far from the mountain. The hotel is set up for group tours. The staff cannot be bothered with individual travellers.”

“Not accepting Oversea credit card, Noise from other room bathroom. Staffs are very helpful and friendly!”

“Convenient to the train station. Excellant exercise facilities including pool, cycling, and martial arts.”

“チェックインで500元請求された。399元と聞いていたのに。翌朝、101元は返却されたが、ちょっと腹が立った。”
