“The hotel is fine,.. service could improve in the lobby where waiters don’t come to you at times ever. But more importantly the reason I booked was because I was told shuttles ran back and forth to gstaad which was a service I was told existed to encourage me to book and that was not the case as hotel us just outside town. taxis took long to arrive and it was at times frustrating to see the hotel shuttle unused and not available to move guests to and from town Breakfast was the best part ”

“The two persons in the reception are the worst people you can have to represent the hotel, they are rude specially the lady. But the people in the restaurant and the kitchen are the best, five ⭐️ for them.”

“El personal súper amable y profesional. La facilidad para acceder a los remontes gracias al shuttle. El spa y la piscina, muy relajantes. La Habitación y el Baño donde no faltaba nada ”

“I think the downside was, it was warm and a bit noisy at night as it was near the pub and people were dining outside where we could hear the loud chats and laughs. But, I love the ambience and view of the place. I definitely will come back to visit again. ”
