“Es un hotel precioso, estilo colonial Ingles del año 1780, como digo precioso, pero que las habitaciones necesitan algo mas de cuidado y reforma (al menos la mía) cierto es que durante mi estancia fui testigo de trabajos de renovación en el salón Imperial. Repito, que es un establecimiento único, pues como alojarse en una casa Victoriana, único y especial. En definitiva lo disfrute muchísimo y quede encantado”

“The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.”

“Booked this hotel for partens as this was close to the US consulate. The overall experience was not good. Rooms - Bedsheets were not clean, coffee cups in the room has stain marks. Floor and toilets were not clean. Hotel - Overall lacked cleaniness Staff - Not helpful or polite. Always looking for tips. Stay away from this hotel.”
