“The staff here are fantastic! I swear some of them must work 24 hour days as they are always there an available. They are quick with a smile and assistance, even in English, which was limited on the island. They were helpful in arranging transport and laundry as well as just checking in. The room was spacious, impeccably clean and the balcony was a real treat with views of the ocean and a warm breeze. I chose not to have daily service on my room, just occasional. I liked having a choice....

“Estuvimos 6 días en el hotel. Casi todo el personal es muy amable excepto una persona de recepción, con la que tuvimos varias “confusiones” con el precio tuk tuk y la cual indicamos que queríamos media pension e hizo caso omiso, teniendo que volver otra vez a recepción y pasar incomodidad. Es un hotel muy comodo y bonito, aunque faltaría que parte de las 5 personas que estan en la barra viniesen a la playa o piscina para saber si quieres tomar algo. El personal del restaurante es muy amable. Sí...
