They claim to have a shuttle for the city and was taken there ONCE and had to call to get picked up and then had to wait for over an hour and a half for a less then 10 minute drive. “We were given a key that did not fit the lock. It took the hotel 20 minutes to fix while we had to stand next to the door. Additionally no soap products in the room. They gave them to me at reception when I asked and they apologized. Still for the price we are paying this is a bit annoying . Couch has many big stains.”
