The apartment was an 11-minute walk from the place where I would pick up the keys. With my suitcase in the heat, it was not very pleasant. Accommodation issues were discussed in correspondence via email and WhatsApp. Everything was prompt and successful. However, these services did not interact with each other and I had to duplicate information”
