“Very comfy and spacious. Parking in the building was easy despite the roadworks near entrance. Pillows were way too soft and flat and access to kitchen bin inside the cupboard rather awkward. Overall, very pleased with the accommodation.”

“Breakfast was expensive and could only have the buffet. But there were local cafes if you just wanted a coffee! Apart from that we had a lovely stay!”

“Air Conditioning not working, so it was cold in Canberra; however, the receptionist and manager were fair and offered a partial refund, which was the right thing to do, and they did it without argument. I appreciated that.”

“The hotel was reasonable for the price. The room was modern and functional. My only concern is that we got placed in a ‘pet’ room, which had dog hair and stains on the rug and it smelt like dog. I love that hotels are pet friendly, however you also need to clean more thoroughly and give people the option of whether they want to be placed in a pet or no pet room. When we talked to reception about it they couldn’t move us and they didn’t even offer to clean or remove the rug. For me this was an...
