“A cozy property in the heart of the city”

“No hot water in a 4* property!! Unbelievable, but true!! Staff has to run around with buckets of hot water to supply to the room! Veg & Non-veg counters are the same. Vegetarians will find it absolutely difficult and shocked to know that catering guys have forgotten their basics!! :) Don't ask about the passage carpets! They stink, stain and stick. Having said that, front-desk/reception service was too good - excellent! They really try to save the faces of this hotel. ”

“The trip was made brilliant for us by the resident naturalist, Niaz. Niaz was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. It was an absolute pleasure to learn from him. ”

“Overall good experience. It's a nice place for a lazy stay. only limitation is that the room I chose weren't facing the Banasura hills but I got royal family suite complementary for a day. Hence I can forget it. ”

“We had a great stay! Highly recommend! ”

“It was an amazing experience staying at the Vistara property. The staff was cordial and we were well attended to. The property was well maintained and the view from the resort is breathtaking! ”

“Well-appointed cottage, professional service, and a breathtaking landscape makes this resort a top choice in Wayanad. Whether you are enjoying the view from your room or appreciating the thoughtful amenities, the experience is consistently high-quality and relaxing.”

“Clean, secure and well located property . Good value for money.”

“Idyllic surroundings in a great location in Kerala. Great views and the hotel and environment are well-kept. The staff was vey attentive too.”

“I had booked a superior room with mountain view but I was given a ground floor room which just opened out to some villas...no mountain in sight. The front desk denied saying that there are no mountain view rooms despite the fact that it was listed on hotels.com and I had chosen and paid for it. I had to get on a call with hotels.com for 45 mins to sort it out during which the owner apparently told the hotels.com customer service agent that mountain was not visible because of fog/mist...a total...
