“Very comfortable bed, decent central location, and great breakfast served by kind and helpful staff. The only negative things to say are a couple of very minor points: the shower temperature control was very sensitive and was sometimes either too hot or too cold; and the mini fridge in the room is very loud when you're trying to get to sleep (but this might only affect you if you're a light sleeper).”

In general no complaints, the only issue is the type of guests (but it is typical for Georgia in general): there are a lot of families with children and their parents permit them to do everything, e.g. start playing at 00.00, beat the walls, play at the corridor at 2 am etc. So if you are coming for business it is better to ask for quite room…”

“Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Erekle, Night Shift Manager, made our check-in process smooth and pleasant. Our room was spacious and clean. Shower stall was clean and right size with hot water with pressure at our finger tip. The bed was comfortable too. Sheets were super clean. We loved our city view. Last but not least the washer and dryer and free detergent on 3rd floor was a real plus.

“Estupendo hotel fantásticamente situado en el centro. El personal atento y amable dispuestos a ayudar en lo que pueden. Desayuno muy completo y rico. Las habitaciones de diseño moderno y buen tamaño, al igual que los cuartos de baño. El diseño del hotel, su atrio central o su terraza exterior son muy acertados. Lo único que no nos gustó es que debido a un problema entre la central de reservas y el propio hotel nos pidieron cambiarnos de habitación a mitad de nuestra estancia. Eso no da buena...

“Lovely hotel, we really liked our stay. Staff is friendly and responsive. I would only say that storage of clothes was a bit problematic, but I must say we had a lot with us. Have very good memories about this place. Breakfasts were super tasty. Great job TUTA! ”
