“Clean room Staff were excellent Breakfast was fantastic Parking was good Only bad thing was tv is small”

“Personal muy atento”

“The hotel is very nice from outside but it cannot be considered a 4 star inside. We had problems in a very slow check-in process. The room was small and very basic. The fridge did not work. The breakfast nothing more than average. ”

“air conditioner was not working properly in the room. It turned on suddenly in the middle of the night, and the personnel couldn't help us to turn it off. We couldn't sleep and we felt sick the day after”

“Ausgezeichnet!”

“Fantastic service, all the receptionist were absolutely amazing. They made me feel I were at home. ”

“Excellent service and breakfast. Eggs cooked to order!”

“Čistota TOP! Izby krásne. Personál však bez emócií. Manželka mala okrúhle narodeniny cestovali sme tam cca cez 500km rezervovali stôl v reštaurácii s prosbou sviečky a malého prekvapenia (nejakej vymyslenej malej torte, alebo maleho koláču so sviečkou ako prekvapenie) prišiel som sa ešte rano do kuchyne pripomenúť a nič sa neudialo) sklamanie pritom recepcia a kuchyňa o tom vedeli.

“Food was good, staff was helpful and nice Only issue was my shower leaked”

“Wow… as simple as that! An amazing Chateau that lets you live like if you were in a different moment in history. An amazing get away from day to day life.”
