“The reception staff didn´t speak a word of english and made no effort to understand my requests. I arrived at the hotel at 8:30 pm and I was told (by an app on a phone) that the kitchen was closed and that if I wanted to eat something I should order take out food online, which is not possible if you don´t have a Chinese phone. Overall a really bad experience ”

“There is a lab of service and attitude towards their job. Fancy hotel but lack of quality service. Also the location of the hotel is a bit far away from dining selections. For shorter stay it’s fine. There is no room service available. Only outside order service can be used (must be able read and write Chinese). Limited staff who can help in English available.”
