“Wow, what an absolutely fabulous place! It’s exactly what we hoped for - peace and tranquility. The staff are superb and cannot do enough for you. The most instagram worthy place I have ever been to! Of note for those planning a trip, we stayed in the ‘low season’ (I.e. July/August). The hotel was only 20-30% full which made the stay feel even more intimate. We guess people are put off by the temperatures in Marrakesh, however it’s at least 5-10 degrees cooler in the mountains. “The riad is located in Imlil with amazing view of the Atlas mountains from the terrace, the room was very clean and cosy. Any concerns were dealt with high professionalism and huge generosity by the manager - Abdou. All the staff were amazing ( thank you to Ibrahim for cooking the most delicious tagine and soup ) and the Riad was best located as starting point for trekking. One of the best places we stayed in Morocco. Hugely recommended. ”

Staff very friendly and willing to help but we would have appreciated some details in the room about organisational issues eg that water would not be replaced in the room but was readily available at the bar. “Situated in the foothills of The High Atlas Mountains, with stunning views towards the snow capped Mountains beyond the wonderful manicured lawns and gardens. The hotel is built of local red sandstone and is beautifully laid out. Pool too cold in Jan but looks fabulous. Food on our visit was relatively limited choice; we stayed 1 nightwith a 40 minute drive from Marrakech (local hotel transfer 270 DAM each way) Incredibly beautiful setting - wonderful rest in the warm January sunshine. ”
