“Reception Staff were good. Appreciate Hemant & Sunil. Bad housekeeping, dirty toilets, lack of basics like soap, floor mats, fresh towels nit provided. Kettle doesn't work, coffee, milk powder not refilled. AC and duct not functioning well, no cooling, smoke smell in the room, suffocating. Wrong / double billing for laundry. Bad laundry service. Clothes weren't cleaned well and ironed. In total a bad experience.”

The twin beds are very small - very hard for two people to sleep on each bad. I requested for a non-smoking floor and I got one. But I saw a few people were drinking and smoking in a room adjacent to mine. Their door was open and smoke from cigarettes was all over the floor None of their house skipping staffs bothered to complain or report. I reported the...
