The hotel property and casino were very good, clean, and the staff were very helpful. The thing that wrecked the stay was a protest by security personnel that was happening during our stay. The protesters blocked all vehicular entrances to the property and would only allow one to two cars through their barricades about every 10 to 15 minutes. As numerous cars seeking entry were forced to line up and wait an exorbitant amount of time to enter. The hotel did put a letter in each of the rooms warning of this blockage, the hotel did nothing to accommodate the hotel patrons for their inconvenience.

Was a great stay, everything exceeded our expectations. Check in was quick and easy, great location too!

Unique, old world Asian vibe. Staff are world class and experience couldn’t have been better. Centrally located and within walking distance of everything really. Highest recommendation.

The rooms were very spacious. Loved the fireplace. The bed/bedding was so comfortable. We had a very lazy morning and stayed until checkout at noon!

À quels pas du métro, cet endroit est bien situé pour un accès au centre ville sans payer une fortune pour l’hébergement. Cependant il y a beaucoup de junkies dans ce secteur.
