“Room cleaning was great, beware that even though the hotel is non-smoking, people smoke all the time. The hallway and my hotel suite smelled like cigarettes, and there was constantly new cigarette butts in the ash trays in front of the elevators. It’s also mostly Mandarin speakers, if you speak English they won’t understand you. If you leave your do not disturb sign on, you will receive notes from the cleaning staff saying they can’t clean your room — this was cute at first then became annoying....
