“We had such a lovely stay at The Ickworth Hotel. The place itself is beautiful — the grounds are stunning, and the whole property has such a peaceful, relaxing feel. Everything was really well kept, and it honestly felt like a little escape from everyday life. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but I especially want to mention Millie at reception. “Very noisy hotel. Surrounded by the motorway and a road and with a horrible acoustics isolation. The wifi does not work properly. On the positive side, the staff is very professional and nice and the breakfast is very complete. ”

“Lady in reception was lovely and as it was a quiet time of the month she kindly gave me an upgrade. The room was spacious and warm. Nice little bar and a great space for dining and breakfast. I dined in at the hotel and the guiness pie and mash was great, although could've done with a small amount of veg. No problem with parking, lots of space. If staying in the area, I would stay here again.”

“Arrived well before check in time, but had no problem with parking my car in their car park (register ant reception). And my room was ready. Really helpful and friendly staff, lovely cooked breakfast, various options. Also had meal in the pub on the first night, lovely. Room fine. Well done all round.”
