“Great location, close to the river”

“Sunnyside area could use some updating. The carpet seemed to be worn and drapes looked old.”

“Almost everything was really great, and I would definately return again. The only minor critique is that there was no coffee machine in our room, and no coffee machine on the landing between the rooms. The machine in the study/sitting area only provided tea or instant coffee. The only real coffee available is if you go into the breakfast room, and then you have to wait for it to be served to you. When we do return I will simply bring a coffee maker with me, but that is annoying.”

“This property is conveniently located close to Kent Falls State Park. The owners are very friendly and chatted with us at checkin and during breakfast. Restaurants and stores are in Kent, about 6 miles away. Breakfast is included: cereal, juice, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, pastries, coffee, and tea.

“An absolutely charming inn, and all the management team are lovely and willing to help in any ways. We had a car problem while visiting and they were so helpful and supportive!!! Very grateful. ”

“Blair was an excellent hostess”

“Beautiful location with a fantastic chef and meal options. Lee the bartender was great, too!”

“Lovely inn to stay at, especially during the fall season. The atmosphere is magical and staying at the inn is very cosy. The continental breakfast was great! Perfect to start the day with! The staff very very friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to come back next year!”

“We had an amazing stay! The property is secluded and surrounded by trees which made it so peaceful! The house was clean and very charming. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The gift certificate to the local general store where we enjoyed breakfast one morning was a nice touch.”
