“The property and rooms were historic and charming. Our room was very private and spacious. Breakfasts were prepared with care and were delicious, with the same offerings each day. The proprietors were very helpful and kind.”

“Charming B&B that has lots of nice touches. Wide staircase marked well so you don't trip. Well decorated rooms with luggage rack, multiple mirrors and tons of pillows on the bed. Everything was thought of, including extra towels, snacks, and even place cards at breakfast. Be aware that the rooms only lock from the inside, meaning you cannot lock your room while you are out for the day/evening.”

“This was one of the best stays we have ever had. A truly phenomenal place.”

“This property was perfect. No complaints at all. Very clean, very neat. Beautiful furniture and the best appliances and bathroom fixtures. The front porch is a beautiful place to sit, relax and enjoy the garden. The rear deck has spectacular views! Would definitely recommend and stay again.”

“As usual the place is perfect, best place to stay in Culpeper ”

“Central AC was not working and it was quite hot to sit in the living room and the kitchen. We had some guests and we is uncomfortable to sit in the living room. We requested the manager and she would get it fixed but never happened. Also main door was not being locked from outside and we were concerned for the safety of our stuffs!”
