“One would expect a chain hotel to meet certain standards. This was not the case at the Radisson Blu Kochin: - the service at 2 of the restaurants was very slow and inefficient: it took them 20 mins to let us know that the wine we had ordered was not available and 20 more to actually bring the drinks, that came when we were almost done with the food. We also waited 25 mins for a burger to find out that the fries were cold. - we had to ask 2 times to get toiletries in our bathroom”

“We communicated few times with the facility to pick us from the airport. The type of car and the rate was agreed to, but when we arrived no driver was there. After waiting for about 30 minutes we called the driver at the number provided to us. The driver said no one told him to pick us from the airport. We then took a prepaid ride from Airport which was only 1/3rd of the amount we agreed to pay to the hotel. Otherwise everything went well.”

“Great hotel so close to the airport only a 5 minute ride! Nice breakfast and restaurant open late along with room service 24/7. The rooms were clean and modern! Definitely recommend.”

“Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the outdoor swimming pool, which I really enjoyed. The breakfast was great, with a good selection of options, and the hotel also has an excellent restaurant that adds to the overall experience. The hotel’s location is another big plus, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The gym, however, is quite small and basic, so it may not be ideal for...

“El chico que te recibe y abre el elevador es un adorado, todo el tiempo sonriendo y corriendo para abrir el elevador, como primera cara del hotel es bonito ver a alguien que te reciba tan bien. En recepcion los chicos también súper atentos y amables, dispuestos a hidratar e informar en todo! La habitación súper limpia y cómoda. La vista d elanpisona es increíble, buenas bebidas. El único detalle que a alguien le podría molestar es que se escuchaba mucho la TV de la habitación de un lado, no se...

“The staff was very helpful and everything worked well. I’d stay there again.”
