“For the price the place good old but well kept”

“Good location builder building”

“The kitchen unit was excellent, it had everything plus a small dishwasher and there is a washing machine. Excellent location. Great staff.”

“When I arrived with a wheelie walker, I was immediately relocated to a unit with features designed for better accessibility. It was greatly appreciated as it was my first time travelling with mobility aids.”

“The property is walking distance to the Braddon, which has great restaurants. The big negative was the pull out couch, our 5 year old found it very The main bed was also very hard, passable but not comfortable . There were only bowls and plates for 3 despite it saying it sleeps 4. I had to ask for a bin bag, because they don’t use them. I understand being environmentally friendly but they should have them in the room and you can choose or not to use them. We had nappies and the idea of putting...

“Homely”

“Excellently positioned motel with fantastic amenities nearby. Checking in was a breeze thanks to the convenient kiosk on the premises. The property is close to a charming shopping village that covers all your daily needs, and it is just a short drive from the Canberra town centre. I loved how fresh and modern the motel felt and it is definitely a cut above the average motel. Laundry facilities on premise were a great bonus, and our room was tidy, comfortable and served its purpose perfectly. We...

“Ok but dated rooms. Big problem was the noise. Not sound proofed at all so didn’t get much sleep & was woken early each morning”

“Convenient location when visiting Canberra. Affordable price. Reasonably quiet location. Take your warm pj’s if overnight temps below 5 deg. An extra blanket could be handy.”

“Our stay was not great. Remote for air con was missing, a great staff member gave us a portable heater instead which was nice. Microwave did not work, which was replaced quickly. But the shower was not cleaned at all, it had the half used soap with hair attached from the previous guests and was very dirty. We spoke to the manager about it and he did not even care, no apology, nothing. It was clear that he did not care.”

“The Hotel looks beautiful and the rooms feel new, clean & modern. Ensuite is very tastefully decorated.”

“Great comm with the host. The property is clean and in convenient location. Walking distance to mall and restaurants.”

“Lovely property in a nice location with good staff, only improvement could be the housekeeping which isn’t included during your stay which is ok for a short stay but not a long stay when you would assume bed linens, towels, etc and vacuuming carpets would be included at least every few days.”
