The hotel has been completely renovated and the effort to keep it looking fresh and clean is apparent. The rooms are large, and having a fridge and microwave is extremely helpful. “En términos generales bien; el hotel estaba en remodelación y me dieron una habitación en el piso que estaba siendo remodelado, por lo que tuve ciertas incomodidades. Algunos contactos de electricidad no funcionaban.”

“Extraordinario el Personal y el Servicio”

“La abitacion me parece muy bien el personal amable ”

“Location is good but the Sonesta Suites needs an urgent and full refurbishment both in the rooms and common areas. AC almost doesn’t work, Gym is dirty and equipment not working (need to stop the treadmill with the emergency button), almost no weights. Rooms need to be upgraded, mattress very old.”

“very clean”

“Excelente ”

“The location of this hotel if you are going to a sporting event of U of M is great. Everything is walkable. If you go uptown it’s a long trek but doable. The hotel was very clean & staff were very helpful. The free parking on a game weekend was very much appreciated.”

“Nice hotel, excellent location. Desk gals were lovely. The HVAC system was the loudest I have ever heard, making sleep very difficult.”

“No limpiaron la habitación en 3 días. No tenía jabón ni papel higiénico suficiente. Servicio deficiente. Se Solicito limpiaran y no llegaron a limpiar en los 3 dias”
