“This is a very old and unmaintained hotel. The rooms were dirty, the breakfast was barely any choices and the staff did not care much about anything. The pool was so dirty you could see things floating around. The only good thing about this hotel is location.”

“Besides the property being in the most beautiful location, the staff at the onset are rude and have zero customer experience - they all should work in the kitchen and not interact with guests. Hotel is old and although our room is supposedly updated, it really isn’t - rug was beyond dirty. The food is mediocre. If you have so many downfalls in the hotel, at least have better customer service.”
