“The room was not completely clean at my arrival (paper inside the toilet, dirty floor plenty of woman hair...) and they don't clean the room if you stay more than one day (only place the bed and pick up litter, but not any toilet or floor cleaning). Good breakfast at least.”

“The personal was incredible fine and helpful I was lost and they were in frecuent contact to support. Thanks 😊 ”

“Increíble encontrar una ciudad medieval tan conservada”

“Fantastic stay at a nice hotel”

“Very clean room. Excellent value for the money. Helpful staff.”

“We have language barrier with the front desk staff. They don't speak & understand English. We need to climbed up stairs until we reached 3rd floor even though I have difficulties in walking. “Izba čistá, milý personál, penzión v centre mesta.”

“Only complaint, using appliances were a bit challenging. But we are from the US, it a little different. Overall, place was superb.”

“Everything was fine. Very pleasant service.”
