“The view is exceptional! No other buildings or roads as far as the horizon!”

“The Owl's Perch and surroundings is beautiful and serene. I would 100% recommend. The accommodation in very well laid out with many things thought of for your convenience. Enjoyed every moment, wish we could have stayed longer.”

“No Wi-Fi, reached out to contact listed to contact if issues who gave us a different number but because wi-fi wasn’t working we didn’t get messages in time to reach out. It’s nice to get away to places and not have wifi when you don’t need it but we had some critical things we needed wifi to be available and property shows it was available, regardless we shouldn’t have to track down who is responsible for service when we used email given. The place was neatly presented but it was NOT clean. ...

“Perfect location, laundry equipment ? Great place!”

“Property was clean, nicely decorated. Very peaceful, but still close to the main road. The listing showed a view of the river, but it was overgrown and couldn't really see the water from the porch. But it was a good place to stay and be within a short drive to lots of hiking, pretty drives, and restaurants. The Dragon Pit in Robbinsville had good food, and the Tattered Tartan Pub in Andrews was great food and atmosphere. The house is a tiny house, so only 2-3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 kids...

“The cabin was clean, well-equipped and homey. Though we did not use the fireplace of pit, a firewood bundle was provided. Read the instructions about navigation directions carefully and print them out. Google maps is useless in this location. It is on a dirt road, wirh which my Mini Cooper had no problem. Super comfortable, like staying at a friends' cabin for a week. Whatch out for poison ivy around the perimeter. Stairs are a bit uneven, so use caution. Could use a few handyman repairs (nail...

“Property is in a very good location. I may have missed it on the listing but this property is one of three houses sharing the same driveway. When we arrived we found the tv was not working and a curtain rod was falling. When we reached out the number left at the property, we were told that property manager no longer worked for the property. The new property manager reached out the next day to let us know someone was supposed to let us know about those issues before the stay, we were not aware of...

“I paid for 2 nts, and told them I can't stay 2nd nt. I had to leave bc my car was there but I wasn't making any more extra trips up this DANGEROUS hill. I was up all night pay anything about going back down that hill. It wasn't sure if it was anxiety like fear like a roller coaster, or my rational brain telling me based on decades of driving to NOT do that again. There's a couple really steep hills, the road is very narrow and gets narrow as you go up, there's some sections just a foot from...

“Everything was wonderful! The owners, the property, everything. We will be back for sure.”

“Extremely clean and well equipped cabin. The mile plus drive in was terrifying with blind hills, sheer drop offs and tight turns. We could not come back after dark because of the drive being so scary. We left a day early because the driveway was so nerve wracking. The cabin was great though. Just not for the faint of heart.”
