“It was closed and Expedia didnt inform us. We are still waiting for our refund”

“Basic accommodations, didnt look like the photos. Less of a hotel bit like staying in someone house. Mold around shower and ok room for a quick overnight stay. 20 min walk to restaurants though. Bed comfy. ”

“Really awesome room, big bed, modern feel, great service. ”

“Clean apartment, friendly host”

“The room we stayed in was very basic with no-frills. No door to the bathroom, and no shower door. If you need more privacy when using the bathroom, this isn't for you. But I understand there may be more luxurious rooms available, hopefully, that offer this. Room also needed maintenance (e.g. shower not draining). Outside parking is an issue, and the surrounding area is a bit dodgy, albeit very close to the beach. We did have a nice breakfast on the premises, though.”

“I would highly recommend this establishment ”

“The house has beautiful views and the linens were clean. That is where the positive points end. The house has a strong odor of mold that immediately caused my allergies to flare up. I suspect there was water damage as they had moisture eaters around the house and there was area where you can see evidence of former water intrusions. There was also a strong odor of sewage emitting from the bathrooms that may be attributed to septic system issues. As a result the house did not feel or smell...

“Kokon is exceptional. The property is new with a real boutique feel. Breakfast is excellent and well worth it. The pool and grounds are clean and enjoyable. The staff are friendly and very professional. We will find a reason to stay again.”

“Smukt hus ”

“Beautiful ocean view from living room and bedroom. Very clean. Near restaurants and food stores, walking distance.”

“Great self catering unit.”
