“i got a little problem but the staff from hotel the reception and also from Expedia are very kind and helpful. the room was clean and beautiful the hotel as well. breakfast is amazing. recommend it”

“Estoy muy contenta , vendré siempre”

“They didnt clean the room any day. The bathroom was very dirty with black stains in the shower and we had to wear flip-flops. There were some wall paper tore in some spots. And they cheated us with the Spa anounced in the web. They don't have it ”

“Great location and tastefully decorated.”

“Very good location inside Sofia city, sikent yey near to the main sites. Kind personell, good breakfast.”

“Superr perfect nice hotel”

“The room was mediocre, uncomfortable bed, they only gave us 2 towels for the tow of as. No towels for your hands. For an 110€+ per night hotel I would expect to have the white slippers which they normally put them in the room. We had the spa included, but you had to pay extra for the bathrobe. I won’t recommend it ”
