“Very friendly staff! Unfortuantely, wifi was not working. Nice playground area for kids and our child loved the kids room and breakfast. Great destination for senderism and skiing. ”

“Buena ubicación. Personal muy atento. Buen desayuno.”

“The room was clean. No Ac but in knew that as AC is not a norm in this area but my room looked out to a walking path and a green space where there are lots of bugs so i did not feel comfortable leaving my door open and had a hard time sleeping with lack of fresh air in the room. Over all would stay again in the cooler seasons”

“It’s truly a self-service hotel. There is no receptionist and no staff on site; we only saw the manager from time to time. There is no food service, and not even a microwave oven available for guests to use. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, which makes the lack of staff and facilities even more inconvenient. We were honestly quite shocked to find a hotel like this. In all my years of traveling, I’ve never experienced anything quite like it.”

“This hotel is amazing! We wanted to extend our stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Amenities were excellent, nice pool and spa! Rooms were clean and super nice and updated Garden was nice to relax in. Excellent breakfast included. Close to the train station and bus station and to the town of Chiusa which has great restaurants. We took the bus to the Dolomites from the main station. Super great stay. Hopefully will come back some day! 10/10!”

“Nice stay. Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Congratulations.”

“We had an amazing time here. We had booked 2 nights at very short notice (8pm in fact due to having to leave our original hotel), and when we arrived the staff were working hard to get our room ready to go (great job too!). We were also given a free room upgrade which was amazing. This hotel has a real warm and cosy feel to it. The amenities are brilliant; especially the indoor whirlpool and relaxation area - top quality. The staff were extremely friendly and quite clearly love working...

“Wahnsinnig Engagierte Hotelcrew. Super Prei-Leistungsverhältnis. Wellnesoase Superb mit Chillkojen.”
