“Parking ok”

“we enjoyed a lot.”

“WARNING: SMELLY, DIRTY AND DISGUSTING ROOMS! SCAMMERS! The listing does not tell you that your check-in desk is actually a car inside a parking lot on the third floor! I know it’s hard to believe, but that’s the truth! Very difficult to find as well. Also, after the so-called check in, you need to walk through the parking lot go to the seventh floor, then walk through an open area to a different building. Each of those steps, you have to wait very long for the very dirty elevators also...

“Hotel con poco personal atendiendo para la cantidad de huéspedes. Las habitaciones de la torre 1 son muy pequeñas, no tan cómodas en cuando a espacio disponible.”

“Staff are friendly n helpful ”

“stopover ist es ok. sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter”

“1. I booked through Expedia. Price was very good value for money. 2. Confusion about whether the Expedia Itinerary # was sufficient for check in, or whether an Ion Delemon Booking No. was required. 3. Card key didn't work the first time, causing inconveniece.”

“Excellent service and great location”

“Genting is afterall Genting. It was fun and pleasant. The housekeeping staff is friendly and i enjoyed their kind attention. The hotel can do with providing better amenities for a resort though. There was nothin more than 2 small complimentary water bottles and coffee packets, for that price range, it does not yet compare with the same at Macau's 4 star and 5 stars. Nonetheless, Thank you for the memories.”

“the bed is not plush type, can feel the springs :/ hard on the edges so when you try to get off the bed it can be quite uncomfortable when dangling legs over the edge of the bed. toilet is well maintained, clean. staff receives most points for being courteous and kind.”

“Love this place! Definitely my favourite place I stayed at on the trip! So unique, welcoming and well kept. The staff were all super friendly, the owner was welcoming and available to answer questions. It was such a nice and relaxing place that it was a great stop to end our trip to unwind. I would like to run away from home and live here full time, please! Also, the town itself was quite charming with so many alleyways filled with beautiful murals. ”

“Very small room with 3 queen bed with no fan for one queen bed just opposite to the bath room”
