“When I checked in, I noticed the toilet was brown and the toilet didn’t flush. I contacted the front desk about it and they put me in another room when I went into the new room, I noticed there was no running water. I contacted the front desk again and I was told the entire place had no water. Why wasn’t I told about this when I switched rooms???
We checked out the next day and we still had no running water.”
