“No tenían habitación disponible y todavía no me regresaron el dinero ”

“There was no front desk staff when we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00pm when we arrived. Front door trash bins were overflowing and ground was littered with cigarette butts. A smoke or CO detector was chirping in our room so they moved us. When transferring luggage another guest walked into our locked room, he was given a key to our room.”

“Everything was great except for the pots, pans, and kettle. They were old and not in suitable condition for cooking. It would be great if they could be replaced with newer ones.”

“It's a beautiful house on a beautiful street. I really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and barbecue out back, I would definitely stay again next time I'm in town.”
