“This hotel is not really managed in any meaningful sense. Wifi went down for three days, which meant going off to another hotel to work. They gave me a carton of orange juice by way of apology! The lady at reception also didn't know that only one of the POS machines works for international cards so lots of time wasted try to make a payment. I checked out and moved to Nordic hotel -- more expensive but at least stuff works and you can get things done. I should say that staff at the View are...

“This properly are scammers. Booked the room and they called me after check in time had passed to say that they didn’t have availability. They said I had to cancel through Expedia but I didn’t cancel, they did. They said one I do that they will process the refund. I contacted Expedia and told them and they contacted the hotel and the hotel have refused to refund even though they cancelled my booking. This is a fraudulent hotel, be careful, don’t book it. ”

“I booked this reservation on this site & I think this is 419. here are my reasons. 1. This place is a shortlet apartment and not a hotel. Very misleading, its like calling Airbnb a hotel. So imagine to my surprise upon arrival, i was asked for the code to enter the estate whereas i was expecting to be stepping to the front desk and getting checked in.
