“Great place to stay as always, first booking on this platform and got complimentary upgrade. Breakfast was good too.”

“The room was clean and spacious. Not much amenities. Need to drive out to Bukit Indah for food. Without car, it is quite inconvenient.”

“Good place to crush at a very reasonable price point. No expectation no disappointment. ”

“Amazing place to stay with our family!”

“Best hotel in that area”

“Hotel is clean. However need to improve on the WC as it easily get blocked when flushing possibly due to the WC design. Should study how to overcome this issue.”

“The room was small and compact, featuring only basic amenities and lacking windows. Unfortunately, the thin walls allowed loud banging sounds to be clearly audible, which significantly detracted from the overall staying experience.”

“Overall is perfect”

“The maintenance of the room needed to be improved. The wash basin was partially choked. Used water drained slowly. The monitor for the Aircon was blur. As such I couldn't adjust the room temperature”

“オーナーさんは親切でしたが周囲はさびれています お風呂がありません”

“Overall satisfied. Thanks”

“The 31st floor room is in an immaculate condition with the best view overlooking Singapore 🇸🇬 . The bedsheets and pillow cases were sparkling clean. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone seeking a quiet room with uninterrupted beautiful sunset view.”

“객실 정비는 깔끔하고 직원들도 동남아 특유의 순박한 느낌? 친철했어요. 다만 조식뷔폐 음식의 퀄러티는 좀 개선 되었으면 합니다”

“I showed up with a reservation and there were no rooms available. The hotel would not cancel my reservation and expedia was unable to get a hold of them. I will have to get my money back through my credit card. It's my understanding that several other people had this happen to them on the same day.”

“Super wholesome, clean and comfortable stay. Will absolutely choose to stay here when I come back.”

“Room, pillows, bed sheet, towels and toilet were clean. Staff very helpful, listened and action taken on guest complaint. Had an air conditioning issue. Maintenance were called to look into it. Receptionist (Mohana) act quickly to send a room service to arranged for a replacement room. Recommended place to stay. Breakfast was simple yet very nice.”
