“Das Personal war sehr hilfreich, und auch der Manager sowie die Rezeption waren wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alle haben sich bemüht, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die das Management meiner Meinung nach verbessern sollte. Für mich war die Sauberkeit leider nicht optimal. Die Reinigung der Zimmer wirkte nicht besonders hygienisch, da die Reinigungskräfte offenbar nur ein Wischtuch und einen Mop ohne Wassereimer für mehrere Zimmer verwendet haben....

“Yeme içme hizmetleri çok güzeldi, çeşit çok fazla.... Genel anlamda iyiydi, biz gittiğimizde Rus misafir çok fazla olduğu için eğlence de haklı olarak onların müzik anlayışına göre çoğunluktaydı, ama bir tek eğlence alanında daha farklı şeyler yapılabilir diye düşünüyorum.”

“The only good thing about the hotel was the bartender named Barış; everything else was a joke. The hotel's cleanliness and the food were good for the price, but the baker who made the pita bread touched his nose and then continued making it; his clothes were filthy. How he was allowed to work there was very strange.”

“I travel a lot for both business an pleasure, but I have rarely been at a hotel with such low standerds. Both with regards to service, foods and cleaning. Mould, footprints on the walls, broken doors, filth ect. The staff spoke little to no english, but was rude an agressive none the less. Even the picture showing how to exit in case of fire was wrong. We were in room 508, it showed 502 and the layout was not the one we were on. Dangerous!”
