“The room was a complete lie. There were roaches everywhere and mice poop and dead roaches in cabinets and in utensils. Tons of dog hair everywhere. We attempted to clean floors do best possible we recorded videos and proof. That night the smell of chemicals was soo strong. We requested to shorten our trip to after 12 hours no response I had to call them. She said they would come look at the place. Had me email them the videos. They claimed they saw nothing on thier walk through. I had told her...

“The place was very clean, well set-up, and a great place for our family (multiple family units).”

“The unit was clean. The view of the lake was beautiful. I would have preferred a full kitchen. The unit did not have an oven. It’s a great place to stay. Very peaceful. It’s a great getaway. I would definitely stay again.”

“Super clean. AC took awhile to cool the little place. I notified the travel@evolve.com person that said to use that email to communicate. We left at 12:15 pm Thursday. A severe storm was coming from OK with baseball size hail & tornado warnings. Having a brand new boat & new truck, we opted to leave before the storm hit. I left door unlocked, as instructed. I told that person we were leaving, in case the property manager needed to lock up. ”

“Everything was great about the stay ! Clean condo everything we needed and enough room ! ”
