“Ducha fatal”

“Compact clean rooms. Courteous and polite staff. Amazing food at in-house restaurant. IRD experience was very good and food preparation and presentation were very nice. Overall, a wonderful stay at this property. A thumbs up if travelling with family or solo. Located near railway station makes it perfectly located. 4.5/5”

“In catering to and expecting international travelers, I would expect a hotel to have electric points adaptable for US plugs. Only certain rooms have it, many others don't. The sizes of the rooms are very small, a queen deluxe room barely has space for 2 persons to keep their bags and squeeze around. There was leakage in many parts of the hotel, including rooms. “I had a wonderful 9-day stay at Uday Palace, Navsari. The front desk team — Harshita, Prakriti, and Rishita — were incredibly kind, helpful, and made me feel right at home throughout my stay. A special mention to Mr. Pintu from housekeeping on the third floor for keeping everything spotless with great attention to detail. Excellent service all around — highly recommend and would definitely stay again!”

“Not so good property and they have worst breakfast also surrounding is really terrible 24hrs noise of buses if you are spending this much money don’t waste your money over here ”

“El hotel tenia sus años pero bien conservado. Viendo el entorno de surat en general estaba bien y el personal super amable.”

“Location is not great. Cable TV - you have to remind them for renewal, Break fast was good. Cleanliness was excellent. Will try one more time stay before giving negative rating.”

“Hotel very clean, rooms also clean and very good area. Just the staffs are slow services and too kind to client. Overall Hotel is great!”
