“This property needs serious renovation works and insect and pest control.”

“Kakitangan baik”

“I was on the top floor & on my first afternoon work was taking place on the roof & it drove me crazy. It was happening the following afternoon too but for a much shorter period. Everything else was really good. Nights were quiet enough Comfortable bed Good wifi Great breakfast Friendly helpful staff I'd stay again”

“Selesa, mesra pelanggan”

“Our recent stay at the Rocana Hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While some members of staff were fun, friendly, and welcoming, others came across as the complete opposite, which made the overall experience feel inconsistent. “施設のクオリティと値段が全く合っていない”

“love the cleanliness!”

“Nice location - close to the beach, clean inside, no wifi connection (something is wrong and couldn't figure out), lack of direction to assigned parking spots.”

“Clean, comfortable and quiet enviroment. Value stay. Good location for eateries and the seasides.”

“Oui très bien pour la chambre ”

“A small hotel at the main trunk road. Room was clean. However, it was rather noisy, as many cars passed by even at late night. You don't need an alarm, as the vehicles will wake you up at 6+ am. Need to walk for 5-7 min to a breakfast place. ”

“The food requires upgrade. ”

“Hotel address is not correct. Make me pay more money to find this hotel. ”
