“The staff at this property are phenomenal!!! They exhibit professionalism, they are knowledgeable, they are caring and empathetic all while treating you like family. I had an unfortunate situation where I had an accident in the parking lot. They did everything to assist me throughout the process. I thank God I stayed here especially being my 1st time in Capetown. Please give them all a raise!!!”

“The other guests moving furniture upstairs late into the night - some rubber pads fixed onto the legs of the chairs to prevent them scraping on the floor could be a possible solution.”

“O apartamento era incrível. Tinha frigobar, microondas, cafeteira, talheres, pratos, copos.... Tínhamos um licor delicioso a disposição no quarto. A decoração do apartamento era de muito bom gosto. O único inconveniente foi a piscina que não estava apropriada para aproveitar, mas o jardim ao redor compensava. Muito lindo!!! O café da manhã estava delicioso, especialmente omelete que era aerado!!!!”
