“Nice”

“The toilet had not been cleaned. It appeared as if someone had diarrhea and the hotel staff decided not to clean it up for the next guest. The front desk moved me to a different room. The mirrors were dirty, the furniture needs to be cleaned and updated. The floors were sticky and dirty. I was so disappointed. I used to stay here all the time years ago. It has gone downhill. I won't ever stay here again. Ever.”

“Muy bonito y limpio ”

“We liked everything about the room but the bed. It was not comfortable and we got a poor night's sleep.”

“The hotel is modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We stopped here on our way back to Florida after a nine-day vacation, and it was a perfect final stop; in fact, they served the best breakfast of any hotel we visited during our entire trip.”
