“The house itself was beautiful and the view was amazing. However, we had some difficulty with the appliances as well as the power outlets. The toaster was inconsistent and would burn one toast and the other would be fine. We had to move the coffee pot and blender around to different power outlets to find one that worked consistently. I also felt like there was some false advertising when it came to the washer and dryer. They said they provided laundry detergent, which I assumed to mean that they...

“This villa was in excellent shape. All amenities were included as advertised. I would definitely stay here again. The instructions for checking in were a bit confusing. I did not realize that I needed to register at the Omni Resort proper. However, manager, Kay Kinaya quickly responded to my plight and stayed with me on the phone until I found my way. She deserves kudos for outstanding customer service. A great experience overall.”
