“We felt very welcome and comfortable. The food was very good. Advice on transport from airport to Hotel would be helpful. The taxi was very expensive. Everything else was excellent, Thank you.”

“This place would have got 5 stars on every count if it weren't for the cockroach infested room I was placed in. I wasn't moved when I told staff, had to virtually bed for coackroach spray and they put baits in the day before I was due to leave. Seems they have hitched a ride with me cause I found a couple in my car yesterday. Also though not a problem for me as a solo traveller but the toilet was situated in the shower cubicle.”

“Staff was helpful. Amenity is the room is good. My room was noisy facing the main road and I can hear the TV from the next door room. Wed steak special was really nice from the restaurant. I think the place is worth the money. Suggested Improvements 1. Provide bin in the toilet for feminine products 2. The poster on the door still says to leave the room key(card) in the room when checking out, which is different from what I was told (leave room key in the box in the main entry)”

“Very disappointing and misleading experience. The hotel looked completely different from the photos advertised online. The photos gave the impression of a clean, modern and well-maintained property, but when we arrived, the reality was nothing like what was shown. The room/property was not as advertised, and we felt that the photos were extremely misleading. We would not have booked this hotel if we had seen accurate and up-to-date photos beforehand. “This hotel is a great place if you are visiting kids at UWA or recovering from treatment at the hospitals. But it is not a resort for 1st time travellers. We enjoyed running along the Swan River every morning. Best to have a rental car.”

“I booked a car park spot which was there, as I got near I rang to confirm how I could get to my parking bay. I was told I could drive in, you can only drive in with a security card so instructions were completely wrong and made my check in distinctly less satisfactory than it should have been.”
