“Convenient lift system with popular public hotel dining downstairs We have stayed before so now the layout and key system, this time from the hotel staff.”

“No secure parking rooms were basic but clean”

“We loved our one night stay, the amenities were good and basic, even if our hot water wasn’t hot. We were told by Alex the manager that the hot water tank will be replace so hopefully that will be a quick and easy job for Lora. The staff were amazing and we loved Paxie also 🐕🐾”

“Beautiful rooms and pool area”

“Ok place to stay for a night while travelling”

“No exhaust fans in bathrooms, not a bottle opener, no foxtel and tv needed to be changed and air conditioners in kids room didn’t work.”

“It’s nice to not have reception and just spend time together, we’ve always loved montville, Kondalilla is beautiful and the food at the restaurant is pricy but so worth it!!!”

“Clean room . Everything we needed. The mattress was foam tho. 🙃 also we didn't know where to find the WiFi details so we jst hotspoted from our phones- was only one night so wasn't a big deal.”

“Clean, quiet and surrounded by nature. Bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed.”

“We were originally shown a room on the ground level but its bathroom was very small and water damaged and old. We then walked downstairs to a renovated room which suited us much better. It was quiet and had a lovely view.”

“We had a lovely stay overall. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, parking was convenient, and the views were great. Unfortunately, our experience was let down by a couple of issues. There was no shower screen, which meant water went all over the bathroom floor when showering. I would be concerned about the potential long-term damage this could cause to the bathroom, as well as the impact on future occupants. We also experienced cigarette smoke drifting across the balconies...

“Gorgeous spot. Bright and sunny apartment. Felt very safe but not far to get supplies”

“Unbeatable location with far reaching views. Great breakfast hamper, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.”

“Very basic accommodation in what appears to be like a unit complex for low income holders. Not a holiday unit complex. Cockroaches in car park, very old basic kitchen utensils etc. not at all what I was expecting.”
